Sponsors Needed

Volunteer EMS is urgently looking for sponsors for new and/or 2nd
hand equipment. Currently the state kindly supplies us with all disposable
equipment such as bandages, i.v's, collars, blankets and of course oxygen.
The state also supplies us with petrol and oil for the current vehicle
and services it when needed.
Normally the volunteers purchase their own jumpbags as well as using their
own equipment such as b/p cuffs, glucometers, bag valve masks etc. Members
also purchase their own uniforms and waterproof reflective jackets. Quite
often, while on duty, a volunteer's equipment gets broken, damaged, or
lost, which he ends up paying for.

| Jump Suits: |
| We receive an average of 2 after-hours calls per day. Normally our members wear plain clothes, especially if they come straight from work. On calls we are often exposed to glass, oil, blood, and the elements. It would be ideal if we could be sponsored with jumpsuits to wear on duty. Sponsors could have their logo/name added to the jumpsuits. Cost: +/-R950.00 per jumpsuit |
